As we delve into the depths of Shadows n’ the Arena with Reggie Revels, we uncover a narrative of endurance intertwined with discipline and persistence. The subtle beauty of unseen labor and quiet repetition leads us to the essence of resolve, a testament to showing up fully and to how Reggie embodies that commitment.
I met Reggie Revels at what used to be a boxing gym called Overthrow Boxing Club. We met during my time exploring boxing as a way to build my overall body strength, while also retraining after knee surgery.

Reggie's energy stuck with me as he seemed to tap into the instinctual side of boxing, as well as the spiritual side. Why did I show up? What was it I was fighting internally? These questions fueled my experience, unknowingly navigating a space of grief. Reggie has a true passion for boxing, just as passionate I am about design and art.

I've been to many classes that focused on strength focused work outs, and that energy is not always there from the instructor. It felt like, at the end of the day, it was just a job. With Reggie, it's not just a job, it's a major part of who he is. That was inspiring and it stuck with me.

Those moments boxing, and in the moments training with Reggie, shaped me and provided me strength and the endurance intertwined with discipline and persistence that not only boxing requires but life itself. So when I had the opportunity, I knew we would circle back and spotlight the strength Reggie has and shows up with every day as a boxer, which resonates deeply with me.
We hope you enjoyed this moment in the ‘Shadows n’ The Arena’ with Reggie Revels at Work Train Fight in New York City. Seen here wearing our Cottton Black Asymmetrical Zip Hooded Sweatshirt and Label-Stitch Black Cotton Sweatpants.
