WE'RE ABOUT PROGRESSIVE DESIGN.

We are focused on sustainability, materials science, and innovations in contemporary gender-free streetwear, accessories, and home essentials. We’re about progressive design focusing on developing new products through materials science. We focus on developing products with recycled, alternative, and natural materials. We aim to develop products that uplift our communities and minimize negative environmental impact.

CIRCULARITY

We focus on developing products with recycled, alternative, and natural materials. We aim to develop products that uplift our communities and minimize negative environmental impact.

Our Values

Innovation, Community, Honesty, Ethical Labor, Fair Trade, and Excellent Quality.

Our Community

Design manufacturing is one of the most resource-intensive industries and most polluting. Pollutants from manufacturers often lower the quality of life for the people living within the area. These environmental hazards disproportionately impact BIPOC. We aim to develop systems that enhance our communities, product safety and minimize negative environmental impact.

Our Manufactures

We only partner with manufacturers that uphold ethical standards. Too often workers are mistreated and subject to terrible working conditions. It is our mission to uplift the workers behind our products by ensuring a safe, healthy, and equitable working environment throughout our supply chain. Any vendors we partner with we ensure are upholding the same practices. We conduct on-site visits and oversee all manufacturers, ensuring workers have input regarding practices within our company.

Our Materials

We take pride in our research and development process. One of the most significant ways manufacturers can control their carbon footprint is using more sustainable materials. We invest in alternative fabrics to ensure we’re reducing our environmental impact on the planet. We prioritize using natural and organic textiles but use synthetic textiles if there is a longevity or performance advantage.

  • Denim

Our denim is made of recycled Japanese denim textiles from fabric cutting waste of indigo denim garment and environmental clean-up initiatives in Haiti and Honduras.

  • Combed Organic Cotton

Our combed organic cotton sweatshirts are harvested from cotton in India. The production process is audited and certified in compliance with GOTS standards.

  • GOTS Certified Cotton

The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is the standard for textiles made from organic fibers. It ensures that the plants are grown organically, it also requires environmentally and socially responsible manufacturing.

  • SUPIMA

Supima cotton is a type of cotton grown in the USA. It represents less than 1% of cotton grown in the world. What makes Supima unique to other cotton is the extra-long staple fiber that gives the cotton its premium properties: strength, softness, and color retention.

  • Recycled Polyester

Since our launch, we partnered with Thread to develop products with recycled textiles sourced in Haiti and Honduras. The threads give denim performance, durability, and longevity advantages, especially for curvy bodies.

  • Cactus Leather

Our belt bag was the first product we launched using cactus leather. For many reasons; It is soft to touch, elastic, customizable, and breathable like animal leather. Utilizing cactus leather as an alternative material greatly reduces our carbon footprint.

  • Algae Ink

The first streetwear brand to utilize algae ink on graphic shirts. Algae Black is a bio-based, renewable, and safe carbon alternative to screen printing ink. Living Ink uses by-product algae material grown in California.

  • Upcycled Fabrics

Sometimes you will see small batch releases of garments made from up-cycled materials. We have been working with a local warehouse in New York to source textiles that are no longer in use. We source based on quality and durability.
